Urological Associates of Savannah, P.C., a single specialty multi-surgeon practice in Savannah, GA, has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrator.  This is an immediate full-time position with competitive salary and excellent benefits package. 
 
The Administrator is responsible for successfully managing and operating the medical practice and the ambulatory surgery center (ASC).  Provides providers and staff with the resources required to meet patient needs and meet the financial objectives of the group practice.  The Administrator also is responsible for assisting the President in planning, leading and directing the day-to-day operations of the practice and ASC. 
 
Primary Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 
·       Establishes/implements goals and plans, objectives, policies/procedures, and systems for all operational areas. 
·       Manages the daily operations while developing, monitoring, and analyzing budget and financial information costs effectively. 
·       Oversees Human Resources and ensures effective administration/implementation of compensation, benefits, job descriptions, personnel policies, and payroll practices. 
·       Participates in the selection, training, and supervision of all staff positions as well as supervision, performance evaluation and disciplinary actions. 
·       Oversees and participates in accreditations to ensure continual compliance with regulations and standards (to include: CLIA, AAAHC, ACHC, ACR, OSHA, HIPAA, FLSA, DEA, CMS, OIG, Medical licensing boards, among others). 
·       Gathers and reports data for fiscal and statistical analysis and tracking/trending. 
·       Coordinates with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided. 
·       Coordinates and participates in compliance surveys as scheduled, (AAAHC, OSHA, CMS, etc.) 
·       Attends state and local meetings and conferences to represent the practice/ASC (LUGPA, AAAHC, SAMGA, etc.) 
 
Supervisory Responsibilities: 
·       Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Departmental Managers (Billing, ASC, Clinical, Appointment Team, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Facilities, etc.) 
 
Education:  Degree in health care administration, business administration or health administration preferred; years of direct healthcare management experience accepted in lieu of degree. 
 
Experience:  Minimum 5-10 years of healthcare management experience in either large hospital or private group practice settings; 5-10 years of direct supervisory experience over a staff greater than 50; business management experience working in a multi-physician office; 3-5 years of experience managing an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
